Hannah is the SVP, Tech Talent Programs for CompTIA, a leading voice and advocate for the $5 trillion global information technology ecosystem. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and development of products related to non-technical core skills (e.g., durable skills, leadership skills, business acumen, etc.). Hannah is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through comprehensive training programs and solutions.
In her prior life, Hannah held several HR leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Chief Talent Officer for Elsewhere Partners, a growth stage technology investment firm. Prior to that, she was the Head of Human Resources for Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm focused on software investing, where she built and led the HR and Talent functions. As a former Human Resources Executive, Hannah has a deep understanding of the challenges facing organizations in today's rapidly changing business landscape. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, as well as creating a culture of innovation and excellence.
Hannah received her BS in Journalism: Strategic Communications and her BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas and holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU.
