Dr. Ryan Gordy has a passion for data, AI, and people. They have built a career around straddling academia and industry and feel strongly that they are intrinsically tied. From an industry perspective, Dr. Gordy has spent the last few years leading a global team of data scientists at Experian. The Data Enrichment team focuses on leveraging machine learning and AI to transform business data analytics in an industry predicated on big data. Dr. Gordy holds a Doctorate of Science in Computer Science and is completing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. Their academic research focuses on ethical automation. They enjoy teaching and have moonlit as a professor for the last 5+ years. As a futurist, they believe that humankind must merge further with technology to survive.
